Magistrate of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined a legal entity of an online English language school for 60 thousand rubles skyeng due to the leakage of personal data of students. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the court.

The English school was found guilty of violating the legislation in the field of personal data (part 1 of article 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for this was “illegal access to the customer database”, due to which personal data was published on the Internet.
